1st week

Our story

Nodiet XP was developed by Balazs Toth, psychologist, PhD candidate in clinical medicine to help adults, kids and families change their diet in a fun way. After years of clinical research and running a coaching service, he invited us to get together as team to turn it into something more. We are people with an open mind and an open heart who seek to understand the everyday struggles that people face. Some of us may be doctors, dietitians, or fitness world champions, but one of the most frequently used phrases is "this sounds nice, but in real life you wouldn't do that."
