What is Nodiet XP?

Diets are all about limitations and rules. You must plan your life around them. With NodietXP, you can turn every meal into a joyful experience. Your NodietXP game plan will adapt as your life changes. There are no radical changes; everything is tailored to daily life, with simple steps and achievable milestones. A diet can create separation, whereas NodietXP can reconnect you to your peers, family, and the world around you.

How to use an experience card and an experience package?

Each card helps you solve one daily eating challenge. Because real life is so unpredictable, think of cards as a source of inspiration. Make them fit your needs and wishes. Nothing is set in stone. Experiment, play and tell us what worked for you.

Experience packages include several cards that, when combined, may help you solve your daily challenges for a common life scenario, such as a stressful week or going on vacation. They work well together, but each card also works well on its own. You should give each package a two-week trial period. This provides you with enough time and a good pace to hold yourself accountable. You can try as many cards as you want in these two weeks, depending on how much time or energy you have available. Of course, if you do more, you can expect more, but some weeks allow for little progress, which is also fine.

Description

The Experience

Imagine transforming mealtime from a battlefield into an enchanting experience that delights your child’s senses. Picture this: your child, usually a picky eater, eagerly awaiting dinner, eyes sparkling with excitement. The secret? A fun, magical recipe inspired by the whimsical world of wizards and magic. This experience is intended to stimulate your child’s imagination and help them associate a relaxing moment with tasting a new food.

“Explosive Bonbons” are a playful desert that will captivate your child’s attention. These bonbons are not only visually appealing but also pack a punch of flavor and a popping surprise already at the first bite.

To make these bonbons a hit, do not just present them as a delicious surprise, but use them to tell a story. Present them as magical treats that give your child momentary special powers or grant them a one-time wish, making the experience immersive and exciting. Don’t be shocked if their planned superpower is to control something at home (including you), such as never having to clean their room or expecting you to do it for them. Picky eating frequently turns into a game of control between parent and child, but the relaxed realm of imagination allows you to negotiate more effectively. Only say yes to what you actually want, reserve the right to veto, and make it clear that this is a one-time occasion.

By transforming ordinary recipes into extraordinary culinary experiences inspired by the magical world of wizards, you can help your picky eater overcome their resistance and discover the joy of food. Let’s embark on this enchanting journey and create memories your child will cherish forever.
